Earlier this week I found a YouTube video of these little breakfast bundles o’ joy and knew I’d end up making them over the weekend. Who can resist any new combination of bacon, egg and cheese? Not I! The little guys are extremely easy to make and taste nuts. Next time I’m going to push a single cherry tomato into each muffin cup as well. I can only imagine what a delicious oven-roasted tomato taste might do to these. Enjoy!
